Herma Gayhart, 80, of Middletown, died Sunday, November 22, 2009, at home. She was born in Tipler, Wisconsin on September 25, 1929 to parents John S. and Evelyn (Trent) Gayhart.

Ms. Gayhart worked for Miami Carey in the shipping dept. for 29 years and also at UniFirst Laundry. She was a member of Miltonville Baptist Church and she loved to shop, cook and being a grandma.

Mrs. Gayhart is survived by her brother, Harold Gayhart; sister, Bertie Domingo and grandson, Thomas (Jody) Hall granddaughter Lori (David) Bennett; son-in-law, Billy Hall; nephew, Tony Collinsworth; niece, Tina Pryor; niece, Trisha Jones; grandchildren, Matthew and Joey Campbell and Mandy and Samuel Hall; 4 great grandchildren.

Herma was preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Kay Hall; nephew, Jeff Collinsworth; brothers, Lonnie, Frank, Dallas And Herman Gayhart; sisters, Mildred Collinsworth and Susie Short.

Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at 11:00 am at WILSON-SCHRAMM-SPAULDING FUNERAL HOME, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Rev. Eric Brazelton officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 10:00 - 11:00 am. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
