Edna Mae (Wallace) Lockard, 77, of Middletown, died Thursday, January 4, 2007, at Willow Knoll Retirement Community. She was born in Big Rock, Tennessee on September 19, 1929 to parents Captain Tyner and Ethel Mennie (Dennis) Wallace.

Mrs. Lockard is survived by her husband of 56 years, W. Fred Lockard; a son, Eddie (Charma) Lockard of Franklin; brother, Bradie Wallace of Clarksville, TN; two granddaughters, Wendy (Jeremy) Burdg and Mandy (Kevin Schumacher) Lockard; one great grandchild, Trayden Schumacher; and dear friends, Faye Heatherly and Rhonda Harvey.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Corbet Wallace; and sister, Lindora McNabb.

Funeral Service will be held Monday, January 8, 2007 at 10:00 AM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. (at Bonita Dr.), Middletown, with Reverend James Anderson officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, from 5-7 PM at the funeral home. Entombment will be at Woodside Mausoleum.
