Dustin, Melanie, Megan, & Jonathan Deem

Dustin Ray Deem, August 10, 2003, Melanie Jean Deem, August 12, 2003, Megan Kay Deem, August 13, 2003, and Jonathan Lynn Deem, August 13, 2003, infant children of Jeff and Tonya (Flower) Deem of Middletown, Ohio, were born and died at Miami Valley Hospital.

In addition to their parents, they are survived by grandparents, John & Melanie Flower of Monroe, OH, and Donald & Norma Deem of Franklin, OH; great grandmother, Jeanne Snyder of Monroe, OH; and great grandfather, Newton W. Flower of Middletown, OH; as well as many other loving family members.

They were preceded in death by their great grandfather, Robert Snyder; and great grandmothers, Vivian Flower, Ruth Wolke, and Alta Deem.

Private funeral services will be at the convenience of the family, with Reverend Bradford G. Olson officiating. Interment will be at North Monroe Cemetery.
