Dick Burress

Dick “Dunkin” Burress, 68, of Goshen Township, died Tuesday, June 26, 2007, at Bethesda North Hospital. He was born in Cincinnati, on February 8, 1939 to parents William Luther and Velpha (Bernard) Burress.

Dick worked for Bill Martin Motors in Blanchester. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and a member of the Goshen Masonic Lodge and Scottish Rite Valley of Cincinnati.

Mr. Burress is survived by his wife, Mossie (nee Nolan) Burress; two daughters, Tonja (Mike) Dahm and Lisa (fiance Craig Silverglade) Wackler; two sons, Rick (Susan) Burress and Tim (Nicole) Burress; three sisters, Judy Case, Kim Proctor, Karen Dunn; four brothers, Jerry Burress, Charlie Burress, Barry Burress, Joe Burress; 9 grandchildren; and numerous nieces & nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, June 30, 2007 at 10:30 AM at Liberty Heights Church, 7904 Princeton Rd., Liberty Township, Ohio 45044 with Pastor Rick Garner officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
