Bobbie Jo "Bj" Puckett

Bobbie Jo "BJ" Puckett, 30, of Middletown, died Thursday, July 14, 2016. She was born in Lewistown, Montana on April 30, 1986 to parents Robert Lee and Laurie Dell (Pierce) Puckett.

BJ graduated from Monroe High School in 2005. She worked in housekeeping for Heritagespring Healthcare.

She is survived by her children, mother, sisters, brother, grandparents, aunts, uncles, nieces & nephews.

She preceded in death by her father, grandfather and grandmother.

Memorial service will be held Thursday, July 21, 2016 at 7:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
