Teresa L. Takach

Teresa Lynn Takach, 61, of Monroe, died Tuesday, March 27, 2018, at Atrium Medical Center. She was born in Dayton on December 14, 1956 to parents Charles and Donna (Sempsrott) Stephens.

Teri worked as a Home Coordinator for New Housing Ohio for the past 6 years.

Mrs. Takach is survived by her husband, Rob Takach; children, Katie Takach, Cameron (Olivia) Takach, Marynda Takach, Nick Takach, Rob Schlotman, Desiree (Gene) Dixon &, Nikki (Eddie) Hamilton; brothers, Tony (Jeanie) Martin & Richard Martin; 18 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents and son, Robert Takach II.

Funeral Service will be held Monday, April 2, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown. Visitation will be prior to the service from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm.
