Ted Schenck

June 15, 1937 — June 11, 2017

Teddy D. Schenck, age 79, died Sunday, June 11, 2017 in Trenton, Ohio. Born on June 15, 1937 in Hamilton, Ohio, he was one of fourteen children of the late Roy and Helen (Gray) Schenck. Ted is survived by sister, Pat Harris; brothers, Billy (Phyllis) Schenck and Jimmy (Martha) Schenck; and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Ted was a dedicated employee of Middletown City Schools, retiring after more than 30 years of service. He enjoyed his work at the schools while he created many fond memories for staff, students, and families. He enjoyed fishing, boating, gardening and watching old westerns and game shows, but most of all, Ted loved spending time with his family and friends. His compassion, humor, kindness and generosity was immeasurable. He was a friend to all. Ted provided countless lifelong memories for his family and friends. For some, it was teaching us how to roller skate, others he taught the love of fishing and enjoying the great outdoors.
